- Reception of hotel guests (check-in and check-out);
- Providing information by e-mail, telephone and in direct communication with guests;
- Clarifying guest needs;
- Presenting hotel services to guests;
- Ensuring a good stay for guests;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Employee requirements
- Responsibility, honesty, desire to improve;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Russian (other languages are an advantage);
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in hotel operations is a great advantage;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
