- Pleasant customer service at the hotel reception: welcoming, seeing off and providing information to customers.
- Customer service by e-mail and telephone: selling services, booking orders, providing information.
- Working at the cash register, issuing invoices;
- Communicating with customers and managing conflict situations.
- Welcoming and accompanying guests to their place of residence, transporting luggage within the premises or territory.
- Providing car parking services within the company's territory.
- Night work is possible.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the hotel or service industry.
- Good knowledge of Russian and English.
- Higher university or higher education.
- Customer orientation and striving for a high standard of customer service.
- Duty, independence, initiative and desire for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a team and respect colleagues.
