Your work day
Reservations and bookings
A large part of your day will consist of managing reservations and bookings – from entering a new reservation to making changes and additional guest needs.
Welcoming guests
You will meet guests arriving at Harmony Park, check them in and be one of the first people they encounter upon arrival. Your task is to ensure that their stay starts smoothly and pleasantly.
You will be the person who knows what to offer
Guests will come to you with questions about the hotel and the entire complex’s services. You will help them find their way around, provide the necessary information and help them choose what best suits their needs.
When a problem arises – you look for a solution
Not everything always goes according to plan. If a guest encounters an inconvenience or an unusual situation, your role is to calmly assess it and help find a solution.
Order and numbers will also be your responsibility
You will issue invoices, administer payments and ensure that documents related to the guest's stay are organized accurately.
You will work with Protel and NSoft
These programs will become part of your daily work.
The work is carried out on a rotating schedule, so preparation for working in different shifts is important.

What are we looking for?
- You have experience in the hospitality industry – at the hotel reception, SPA, restaurant, tourism or other similar environment.
- You are sociable and energetic – it is natural for you to greet a guest, talk and help.
- You are not afraid of complex situations – if a guest is dissatisfied or a problem arises, you do not get lost. You listen, assess the situation and look for a solution.
- You know the rules well and follow them, but you understand that not every situation is the same. If there is an opportunity to be more flexible, you look for a solution that would be best for the guest and would not violate the established procedure.
- You are responsible and organized. You are able to manage several tasks at the same time, not lose details and ensure that reservations, payments and other information are organized.
- English – a must. Knowledge of other languages – an advantage.
- Protel and NSoft experience is an advantage. If you have not worked with these programs yet, we will train you.
- Have a driver's license and a car. The workplace is in Vazgaikiemis, Prienai district, so it is important to be able to come to work independently.
