Hotel administrator

Hotel TonyResort is looking for a responsible and sociable hotel administrator to join our team.

Job description:

welcoming, registering and checking out guests;
providing information to guests about hotel services, entertainment and the area;
accepting, administering and coordinating reservations;
communicating by phone, e-mail and in person;
issuing invoices, accepting payments;
ensuring smooth guest service;
collaborating with other hotel departments;
performing daily administrative tasks;
maintaining order and a professional atmosphere at the reception.

We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is able to react quickly to situations and wants to contribute to creating a pleasant guest experience at the TonyResort hotel.

Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Responsibility, diligence and organization;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Quick orientation in various situations;
Positive attitude and presentable appearance;
Proficiency in Lithuanian;
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
Computer skills;
Politeness, helpfulness and willingness to help guests;
Similar work experience in a hotel or customer service area would be an advantage.
