Hotel Administrator

Manpower client Esperanza Lake Resort is a remote luxury retreat in the heart of Lithuania, where nature and design subtly merge to create an atmosphere of light peace and harmony. Located on the shores of Lake Unguris, surrounded by untouched forest, the resort combines a 5* hotel, restaurant complex and SPA and attracts both Lithuanian and international guests every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Professional and warm welcome of guests, registration upon arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out);
• Reservation administration and telephone call management;
• Presentation of hotel services, provision of information and guest consultation;
• Execution of settlements, invoicing and handling of related documentation;
• Ensuring smooth arrival of guests and preparation for their reception.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service (experience in the hotel or restaurant sector is an advantage);
• Ability to work in a shift schedule (days, nights, weekends);
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
• Experience working with the hotel management system Opera (an advantage);
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to react quickly and remain calm in dynamic situations;
• Service-mindedness, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to maintain a professional and neat personal image.
