Guest registration upon arrival and departure.
Reservation administration and providing information by phone and e-mail.
Accepting payments and issuing invoices.
Advising guests about hotel services and city attractions.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception.
Cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure high quality customer service.

You are responsible, organized and polite.
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
You are computer literate and quickly learn new systems.
You are willing to work in a shift work schedule.
Work experience in a hotel or customer service area would be an advantage, but motivated candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
