Congress and Congress Avenue – two 4★ hotels in the very center of Vilnius – are looking for hotel administrators to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a dynamic environment, and working in an international environment – we are looking forward to hearing from you!
What are you going to do?
You will meet and see off hotel guests;
You will communicate with guests in person, by phone and by email;
You will assist them during their stay and resolve any issues that arise;
You will administer reservations;
You will work with the hotel management system, cash register and accounts;
You will collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest stay.

What do we expect from you?
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Ability to communicate in a pleasant and professional manner;
Responsibility, independence and the ability to respond quickly to situations;
Basic computer skills;
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Hotel experience is a great advantage, but if you do not have it but are willing to learn, we will train you.
