Main functions of the head chef:
Preparing breakfast dishes according to the approved menu, in accordance with technological requirements;
Organizing team work: task distribution, work planning and control of kitchen processes;
Ensuring food quality, team supervision, training and assistance in daily activities;
Participation in the process of creating new dishes;
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen according to the requirements of the State Food Safety Authority;
Preparing and maintaining technological cards;
Carrying out inventory;
Controlling recipes and ensuring their compliance with established quality standards;
Managing product residues: effective use of raw materials, reducing losses and controlling inventory.
