Hotel room attendant / Housekeeper

Amberton Cathedral Square Hotel is a 4-star hotel with 116 rooms, located in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. Our mission is to create an impeccable guest experience, ensuring the highest level of service and exceptional cleanliness. We are currently expanding our team and invite an experienced and motivated Housekeeper to join us, whose main task is to ensure high standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel.

We are looking for a responsible, meticulous and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and take care of the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. The main goal is to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a pleasant and impeccable guest experience.

Since some of the team members are from Ukraine, good knowledge of Russian is quite important (but not required). Knowledge of Lithuanian or English is also required for smooth communication in the team. Working hours: on a rolling schedule from 8-9 am to 5-6 pm. No night shifts.

Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with established cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Replenish supplies of toiletries in rooms (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.).

Change bedding, towels, and ensure that everything in the room is tidy and ready for hotel guests.

Clean common hotel spaces (corridors, staircases, recreation areas, etc.).

Inform the administration about any observed faults, lost items, or other problems in the rooms.

Comply with the hotel's internal rules, health, and safety requirements.

Assist colleagues and contribute to the implementation of common team tasks as needed.

Diligence, responsibility and attention to cleanliness and detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Good skills in the use of cleaning products, equipment and procedures.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to a dynamic environment.
