Hotel Customer Service Specialist

Hotel in the center of Vilnius city (Kalvarijų gatvė 59), invites you to join the team and offers the job of a hotel Customer Service - Reception Administrator.
Job description:

• Sincere and constant communication with hotel guests;
• Work at the hotel reception / work with the cash register terminal and hotel management system;
• Check-in, check-out of guests, acceptance of payment for services provided, preparation and issuance of invoices;
• Providing information by e-mail, telephone and directly communicating with guests;
• Accepting orders, administering reservations;
• Shift work schedule - shift (day or night shift, after 12 o'clock).

Excellent communication skills - in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Representative appearance and a smile on the face;
Politeness, helpfulness and creativity;
Quick orientation and flexible thinking;
Ability to work in a team and individually;
Computer literacy;
Previous experience at the hotel reception is an advantage.
