Job Description:
Ensuring the quality of hotel reception work;
Assessing and improving employee skills;
Communicating with guests live, by email and by phone;
Organizing the work of the hotel reception;
Checking in and out of guests, making payments for hotel services and issuing invoices;
Entering guest reservations into the hotel management system;
Preparing reports;
Prompt resolution of any problems that arise.

Work experience would be a great advantage;
