Job description:
Organization of hotel reception work and quality assurance;
Assessment and development of employee skills;
Training of new employees;
Communication with guests live, by email and telephone;
Check-in, check-out of guests, payment for hotel services and invoicing;
Entering guest reservations into the hotel management system;
Preparing reports;
Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Shift work schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
