Žilvinas Hotel Palanga, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Birutės Park, invites an active, proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to join the team.
We are looking for someone who would be able not only to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, but also to actively seek new sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of sales of the hotel and restaurant "grās" services.

Nature of work
- Preparation, implementation and analysis of hotel sales and marketing strategies and action plans;
- Active development of hotel accommodation, conference, event and other service sales;
- Search and implementation of new sales channels, business opportunities and customer attraction methods;
- Attracting new business clients and cooperation partners, developing long-term relationships;
- Planning and implementation of sales-promoting marketing campaigns, special offers and service packages;
- Management of hotel occupancy, pricing and revenue, aiming for consistent sales growth;
- Organization, coordination and improvement of hotel service sales and commercial activity processes;
- Administration, optimization and efficiency improvement of online reservations and sales channels ("Booking.com", etc.);
- Administration of direct and group reservations, preparation of commercial offers, negotiation and conclusion of contracts;
- Analysis of market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, initiation of new sales opportunities;
- Collaboration with hotel and restaurant teams, ensuring smooth sales and implementation of services.
Employee requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in active sales of accommodation and catering services;
- excellent negotiation skills;
- higher education;
- very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
- experience in working with online reservation channels;
- orientation towards the goal and results;
- control, initiative, responsibility, communication skills.
