Hotel reception administrator

Sincere communication with hotel guests, guided by Hilton Garden Inn brand and security standards;
Check-in and check-out of hotel guests and acceptance of payment for services provided;
Providing information via e-mail, telephone and in person with guests;
Presenting hotel services and the Hilton Honors loyalty program to guests;
Performing night audit procedures;
Working with a computer program - Opera (hotel data management system);
Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and senior administrators;
Working on a rotating work schedule, including night shifts.

Helpfulness;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Good communication skills;
Ability to solve various problems related to guest service;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
Computer literacy;
Guest orientation;
Previous experience at the hotel reception is a great advantage;
Ability to work night shifts.
