Nature of work
We are looking for a Hotel Reception Manager to join our team, who will ensure smooth reception work, professional guest service and coordination of team activities.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the daily work of the hotel reception;
- Ensure a high and consistent standard of guest service;
- Lead the reception team, organize staff work schedules, distribute tasks;
- Resolve guest inquiries, non-standard situations and ensure a smooth experience for their stay;
- Coordinate guest arrival and departure processes;
- Monitor hotel occupancy, reservation flows and room sales;
- Analyze occupancy dynamics and, taking into account demand, events and seasonality, make proposals for room prices;
- Monitor competitor pricing and market changes;
- Contribute to dynamic pricing and revenue optimization in order to manage room sales as efficiently as possible;
- Ensure proper billing process, control of invoices and payments, monitor unpaid invoices and cooperate with accounting;
- Control cash transactions, accuracy of payments and proper administration of financial documents;
- Work with the hotel reservation and management system - Ericsoft;
- Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel;
Employee requirements

- Have work experience in the hotel/accommodation sector, and management experience would be an advantage;
- Are focused on the guest and high quality of service;
- Able to make decisions independently and resolve emerging situations;
- Are organized, responsible and communicative;
- Able to effectively plan and coordinate team work;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English; knowledge of Russian and Polish is an advantage;
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and maintain professionalism in various situations;
- Have good computer skills.
