What are you going to do:
- You will meet and register hotel guests, take care of their stay and smooth departure.
- You will consult with guests by phone, email and live, helping to find the best solutions.
- You will administer reservations, process payments and issue invoices.
- You will work with the hotel management system and ensure the smooth operation of the reception.
- You will create a guest experience that makes them want to come back.
We hope you
- You communicate sincerely and enjoy working with people;
- You are responsible, meticulous, quickly oriented in situations and willing to learn;
- You can work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts;
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
- You work well with a computer (MS Office);
- You have at least a secondary education (we also welcome students);
- Work experience at a hotel reception or with reservation systems is an advantage, but most importantly – your attitude and desire to improve.
