Hotel Receptionist

Permanent work in a young, friendly and enthusiastic team at the hotel reception.
Work with a rotating work schedule (two days 6-14 hours, two days 14-22 hours, two days off, the ability to combine with personal needs.
Training and induction.

Excellent communication and service skills, ability to communicate politely with guests, patience and stress management.
Responsibility, punctuality, ability to work independently and promptly resolve situations.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Hotel Management System Ericsoft).
Neat, professional and presentable communication style.
Knowledge of Lithuanian and English is a must; Russian is an advantage.

Hotel guest reception, check-in, check-out, service delivery.
Working with the hotel management system (Ericsoft), room reservation system administration, document administration.
Working with the cash register and other office equipment.
Close cooperation with other hotel departments.

950-1100 €/mon. net
Salary depending on your competences, experience and abilities.
