Nature of work
Work at the hotel reception from 07:00 to 19:00. and from 19:00 to 7:00;
Communication with guests directly, by phone, e-mail. by letters;
Work with hotel management program Protel and cash register;
Serving arriving and departing guests;
Preparation and issuance of invoices;
Acceptance and processing of orders;
Providing information directly, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
Carrying out other tasks of the manager.
