Nature of work

Check-in and check-out of hotel guests;
Providing information by e-mail by mail, phone and direct communication with guests;
Finding out the needs of the guests before the guests express it themselves;
Presentation of hotel services to guests;
Comprehensive assurance of the guest's good stay;
Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Employee requirements

Work experience in this field;
Higher Education;
Computer literacy, good skills in working with MS Office programs;
Excellent customer service, communication skills, knowledge of etiquette;
Experience in sales, ability to properly and attractively present all services provided;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English;
Good work time planning skills, ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
Initiative in improving work processes, energy;
Diligence and attention to detail, responsibility, desire to improve;
Helpfulness, punctuality, positivity, presentable appearance, permanent smile on the face.
