Main tasks:
Welcoming, registering and seeing off guests;
Introducing guests to the map, providing information;
Reservation administration;
Accepting payments in cash and bank cards, working with the cash register system;
Pouring beer, consulting on flavors for cocktails;
Resolving guest requests and emerging situations;
Communicating with colleagues in your department and colleagues from other departments;
Ensuring order and a high standard of customer service.
