Job description:
Communicating with guests live, by email and phone;
Checking in and out of guests, making payments for hotel services and issuing invoices;
Entering guest reservations into the hotel management system;
Preparing reports;
Prompt resolution of any problems that arise.
Work on a rotating schedule. Shift duration 12 hours, of which 1 hour is a break.
Working hours from 7 am to 7 pm or from 7 pm to 7 am.
Average number of shifts per month - 15.
