Primary responsibilities
Pleasant guest reception, check-in and check-out.
Acceptance, confirmation, administration of reservations.
Acceptance of payment for services provided.
Communication with guests live, by e-mail and telephone;
Professional communication with other hotel departments, colleagues.
Work with the hotel management system "Opera" and other programs.
Presentation of the "Marriott BonVoy" loyalty program to guests.
Work on a sliding schedule. Shift duration - up to 12 hours (of which 1 hour is a break).
Working hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. There may be shifts at other working hours.

Experience in hotel reception or administration is an advantage, but not necessary;
Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
Computer literacy;
Analytical thinking and responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
