At the intersection of Vilnius Old Town and New Town (Šv. Stepono gatvė 33) we have been managing a modern hotel Solo Society for several years, offering comfortable stays for several months or a few days.
We are looking for a colleague who really loves cleanliness, order and has fun taking care of the household of a large hotel.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the hotel cleaning team, plan and organize its work;
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness of rooms and common areas;
- Plan the team's work schedules and distribute work according to the hotel's occupancy;
- Control the quality and timeliness of room preparation;
- Train and develop team members;
- Ensure the effective use of cleaning products, inventory and textiles;
- Cooperate with other hotel departments in solving daily operational issues;
- Initiate the improvement of cleaning processes and contribute to the effective management of the department's activities.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in managing a team of housekeepers and cleaners,
- Understand, be interested in and apply innovations in hotel management,
- Be able to plan and manage both the staff salary budget and the annual needs of operating expenses,
- Good communication and negotiation skills,
- Knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage).
