Hotel Manager

For a cozy hotel with a restaurant and a SPA area located in Anykščiai, we are looking for a manager who would be able to take care not only of the smooth daily operations, but also of ensuring that each guest takes away a good experience. This is a position for someone who loves a dynamic hospitality environment, people, quality and responsibility.

WHAT IS EXPECTING FROM YOU?

• Coordinate the daily operations of the hotel, restaurant and SPA;
• Lead and organize the work of a small team - reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff;
• Ensure that the guest experience is smooth and high-quality from arrival to departure;
• Coordinate reservations and work with reservation systems;
• Communicate with hotel guests, clients and partners, resolve non-standard situations;
• Team formation and employee work schedule planning;
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and conclude contracts;
• You will oversee the hotel's order, cleanliness and overall quality of service;
• You will notice what can be done better and will have the freedom to suggest and implement your own ideas.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who can become the main coordinator of daily activities and team leader.

• Have experience working in hotels, restaurants, SPA or other hospitality areas;
• Able to organize people's work and take responsibility for the result;
• Are focused on the guest, quality and good service;
• Able to professionally resolve complex or conflict situations;
• Are independent, responsible, organized and attentive to details;
• Are not afraid not only to plan, but also to get involved when necessary;
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English;
• Higher education is an advantage, as is knowledge of other foreign languages.
