A successful hospitality group operating a 4-star hotel "Žilvinas Hotel Palanga" is looking for a Hotel Manager to join the team. We are looking for a strong, results-oriented manager who would take responsibility for the daily operations of the hotel, the team, financial results and high quality of guest service.
Primary responsibilities
- Organization, coordination and control of all hotel activities;
- Responsibility for the hotel's financial and operational results, budget preparation and execution;
- Monitoring and improving key performance indicators - revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, costs and profitability;
- Formation of the hotel team, coordination of employee activities, development and motivation;
- Ensuring high standards of guest service, accommodation and catering services;
- Control of guest satisfaction, feedback and quality of services provided;
- Formation of sales and marketing goals and coordination of their implementation together with responsible team members;
- Increasing the efficiency of hotel operations, improving processes and controlling costs;
- Control of purchases, supplier selection and main contracts;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with partners, suppliers and key customers;
- Regular presentation of performance results, KPIs and key issues to company management.
Employee requirements
- Successful professional experience in managing a hotel or other accommodation facility for at least 3 years;
- Higher or higher education in management, tourism, catering or a related field;
- Experience in managing, developing and motivating a team of employees;
- Excellent market analysis, planning and negotiation skills;
- Excellent abilities to develop and implement long-term and short-term plans;
- Ability to present and defend an opinion in a well-reasoned manner;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian. (Advantage)
