Nature of work
- Coordination of hostel activities (hospitality, cleanliness, finances) and quality assurance;
- Supervision of staff work, organization and leadership of the team;
- Supervision and active management of sales;
- Ensuring hospitality;
- Strong and positive leadership;
- Part of the work - with guests at the reception.
What we expect:
- Experience in hotel or hospitality activities;
- Excellent personal and other work and time planning skills, proactivity and organization;
- A broad view of the tourism market;
- Ability to work both individually and together with other team members.
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Experience in leading a team;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers;
- Skills in maintaining sales channels and internal company systems.
