Responsibilities:

  • Active cooperation with textile manufacturers and importers: attracting new members, creating long-term partnerships, negotiating and monitoring contracts.
  • Forming and strengthening the organization's market positioning, aiming to become the industry standard.
  • Representing the organization in Lithuania and internationally (at conferences, forums, meetings with partners and institutions).
  • Implementing the communication strategy: developing social networks, PR initiatives and market education.
  • Active participation in the processes of forming the legislative and regulatory environment (in cooperation with ministries and associations).
  • Creating, developing and continuously improving the organization's operating model, contributing to the implementation of the long-term strategy.

Requirements:

  • Higher university education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
  • Interest in sustainability, fashion or textile sectors.
  • Knowledge of social networks and communication basics.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • Basic financial literacy (understanding of income, expenses and budget).
  • Ambition to create, grow and develop an organization from its early stages.
