Responsibilities:
- Active cooperation with textile manufacturers and importers: attracting new members, creating long-term partnerships, negotiating and monitoring contracts.
- Forming and strengthening the organization's market positioning, aiming to become the industry standard.
- Representing the organization in Lithuania and internationally (at conferences, forums, meetings with partners and institutions).
- Implementing the communication strategy: developing social networks, PR initiatives and market education.
- Active participation in the processes of forming the legislative and regulatory environment (in cooperation with ministries and associations).
- Creating, developing and continuously improving the organization's operating model, contributing to the implementation of the long-term strategy.
Requirements:
- Higher university education.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and project management.
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
- Interest in sustainability, fashion or textile sectors.
- Knowledge of social networks and communication basics.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Basic financial literacy (understanding of income, expenses and budget).
- Ambition to create, grow and develop an organization from its early stages.
