Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and organized Public Procurement Assistant to join our team and contribute to the analysis of public procurement tenders, preparation of proposals and administration of documentation. Analytical thinking, diligence and the ability to effectively cooperate with the sales team to achieve the best results are important in this position.
Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring public procurement tenders;
- Working with CRM (entering new customers, purchases);
- Preparation and administration of documents, contracts;
- Preparation of public procurement proposals;
- Preparation of commercial proposals, conclusion of contracts;
- Maintenance and updating of the company's databases with relevant information;
- Assisting the sales team.
Employee requirements
- Work experience with public procurement;
- Higher university or higher vocational education, may be a final year student (full-time job);
- You work well with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good clerical skills;
- You know how to independently plan and organize your own and your team's activities;
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, organization, you are attentive and focused on results, efficiency;
- Motivation for continuous improvement, responsible approach to assigned tasks;
- You are a sociable person and able to work in a team;
- You have good written and oral English skills.
