IF YOU:
- has a university degree or equivalent
- has at least two years of experience in the field of public procurement
- Knowledge of the legal acts regulating public procurement
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:
- has experience in team/activity coordination
- has a public procurement specialist certificate
WE TRUST YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO:
- coordination of the activities of employees carrying out public procurement
- organization of public procurement (international, simplified, low-value)
- work with the central public procurement information system (CVP IS)
- preparation, coordination and publication of public procurement documents
- assessment of compliance of draft public procurement contracts with the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania
- consultation on issues of preparation of public procurement applications and execution of public procurement
- evaluation of public procurement applications
- search for effective public procurement execution solutions and their implementation
- implementation of department goals, improvement of group activity processes and search for and implementation of solutions that increase the efficiency of public procurement
