In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Organization and implementation of public procurement of goods, services and works;
- Preparation of procurement-related documents in accordance with applicable legal acts;
- Organization and coordination of market consultations and negotiations;
- Ensuring the work of procurement commissions, examination of suppliers' proposals and claims.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in the field of law);
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and related legal acts;
- Experience working in CVP IS;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (knowledge of English is an advantage);
- Good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
- Ability to independently plan and organize activities, strong orientation to results;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Salary for this position: from 3100 to 3300 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
