We invite you to join our professional team as a Head of Public Procurement Department, responsible for the smooth organization of procurement processes and their compliance with the principles of transparency and efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, coordinate and control the activities of the company's Public Procurement Department, ensuring constructive cooperation with other departments of the company.
• Ensure the smoothness, transparency, legality and implementation of innovative solutions of all company procurement processes.
• Prepare public procurement documents, prepare and revise public procurement plans, submit reports in the established form to the Public Procurement Service and controlling institutions, ensuring their quality, transparency, legality, timeliness, innovation, and competition in procurement.
• Evaluate proposals and claims submitted by suppliers, prepare responses and conclusions.
• Organize and ensure the implementation of anti-corruption and other preventive measures in the company's public procurement area.
• Analyze legal acts and prepare insights for more effective solutions, develop and improve internal rules, methodologies, descriptions, orders, etc.
