Main responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of the public procurement department.
- Organize public procurement processes from the analysis of procurement conditions to the conclusion of the contract.
- Analyze procurement documents, assess possible legal risks and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate the process of preparing proposals, ensuring their quality and compliance with procurement requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate public procurement documents, claims and other procurement-related documentation.
- Consult company employees on public procurement issues and help resolve more complex situations.
- Form and improve the company's public procurement practices, processes and operating principles.
- Ensure effective cooperation with other departments when preparing proposals.
What do we expect from you:
- 5 years of experience in organizing and implementing public procurement.
- Good knowledge of public procurement legislation, procedures and practical application.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both oral and written.
- Ability to analyze information, assess risks and make decisions.
- Good organizational and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with CVP IS, CPO, Mercell systems.
