Procurement Specialist

ARBORA is one of the largest environmental management companies in Lithuania. Our team consists of more than 120 specialists, we manage 40+ technical units, and we implement large infrastructure projects throughout the country. Our clients include municipalities, construction contractors, business centers, and industrial companies.

We are expanding our public procurement team and are looking for a specialist who will analyze public procurement opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to infrastructure projects throughout Lithuania. — You will monitor the public procurement market, identify tenders suitable for the company and assess the possibilities of participation;
— You will analyze public procurement documentation, assess requirements and possible risks;
— You will work with CVP IS and CPO LT systems – submit inquiries, prepare and submit proposals and other necessary documents;
— You will coordinate the proposal preparation process: cooperate with colleagues, collect, systematize and check the information necessary for public procurement;

— You will communicate with contracting authorities and other participants in the process, aiming to ensure smooth communication;
— You will ensure that all proposals meet the procurement requirements and are submitted on time;
— You will record and maintain relevant information in the CRM system;
— You will work according to clear processes and goals, contributing to the smooth participation of the company in public

Required:
— At least 2 years of work experience in the field of public procurement;
— Practical work experience with the CVP IS system (experience with CPO LT is an advantage);
— Ability to analyze public procurement documentation and prepare proposals;
— Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work;
— Good planning, organizational and communication skills;
— Ability to independently plan work, manage priorities and several processes simultaneously.
