Position description

  • Organize and carry out the company's purchases, ensuring the quality, transparency, legality, timeliness, innovativeness and competition of purchases;
  • Examine offers and claims submitted by suppliers;
  • Consult the company's employees when preparing procurement documents;
  • Proactively solve all issues related to the execution of purchases;
  • Participate in the activities of established commissions or working groups;
  • Foster company values.

Your competences and experience

  • Excellent knowledge of public procurement;
  • At least 2 (two) years of experience in the field of public procurement (a major advantage is the certificate of a public procurement specialist);
  • Higher university education;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Fluent and well-argued presentation of thoughts in writing and orally;
  • Analytical thinking, organization, orientation to results, efficiency;
  • Cooperation, diplomacy, communication;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Ability to accumulate, systematize, summarize information;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian, knowledge of English.
