Nature of work:
- Organize and implement public procurement procedures, ensuring the quality, transparency, legality, timeliness and competition in procurement
- Prepare procurement documents and ensure that they comply with the principles of transparency and legality
- Participate in the activities of the public procurement commission established by the company and organize its work
- Check documents prepared by procurement initiators and provide recommendations for their improvement
- Prepare public procurement contracts with suppliers, coordinate them, organize their signing
- Initiate methods for improving and optimizing procurement activities, propose systematic methods for solving problems and contribute to their implementation
We hope you:
- You have obtained a university degree or equivalent in the field of social sciences, public administration, economics or management (an advantage is in the field of law)
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of public procurement
- You have a valid procurement specialist certificate
- You are familiar with the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement and know how to apply them in your work
- You have a good command of the state (Lithuanian) language, you express your thoughts fluently in writing and orally
- You are able to manage, systematize, analyze and summarize information, identify problems and provide solutions to them
- You work well with the MS Office computer program package and with information systems that are necessary for the performance of the functions assigned to this position (document management system, experience of working with CVP IS and CPO systems)
