Nature of work
- prepare draft public procurement documents that comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Procurement by Contracting Entities in the Field of Water Management, Energy, Transport or Postal Services, and other legal acts, and submit them for approval to the Commission conducting the public procurement;
- participate in the activities of the Public Procurement Commission;
- carry out public procurement from central purchasing organizations;
- administer the Company's account in the Central Public Procurement Information System;
- publish public procurement contracts and proposals concluded by the Company in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Procurement, etc.
Employee requirements
- at least a university degree or equivalent;
- at least 1 year of experience in the field of public procurement;
- good computer skills;
- compliance with the requirement of impeccable reputation;
- you have passed the Public Procurement Service knowledge test exam and have a valid procurement specialist certificate (advantage);
- you know how to work with the accounting program "Rivile" (advantage).
