STELAUTO, which represents the Peugeot, Citroen, Opel, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Chery brands, is inviting a public procurement specialist to join its business sales team that values professionalism and cooperation.
Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
- Participation in public tenders (selection/search of cars according to the technical specification, collection of documentation, submission to the tender, monitoring the process until the announcement of the tender results);
- Adding goods to the CPO catalogue: searching for new goods and adding them to the CPO catalogue, preparing the necessary documentation;
- Entering information about upcoming public procurements into the database;
- Implementation of won public tender contracts from signing the contract to handing over cars to customers;
- Cooperation with purchasing organizations (clarifying the periodicity and quantities of planned purchases, accepting orders);
- Monitoring market trends, analyzing potential;
- Representing the company at exhibitions, events, conferences.

- You can boast of successful experience in participating in public tenders through CVP IS and CPO from the seller's side;

- You are able to analytically assess situations, independently organize daily work and clearly set priorities;
- Among your strengths - diligence, attentiveness;

- You have mastered the main MS Office programs;
- You speak and write in English;
- You have a valid driver's license.
