Nature of work

Functions:
  • organizes public procurements carried out by the Company, prepares tender documentation, technical specifications and other documents necessary for the organization and implementation of procurements;
supervises, coordinates and submits proposals on public procurement and marketing issues within his/her competence;
  • prepares necessary reports and submits them to the Company's management or controlling institutions;
  • participates in the activities of the public procurement commission formed by the Company within his/her competence;
  • carries out the instructions of the Company's Director, Head of the Development Department, and other non-permanent assignments in order to achieve the strategic goals of TRATC.

Employee requirements

  • have a higher education or equivalent;
  • know and understand the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement;
  • be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package;
  • be able to accumulate, manage and summarize information;
  • be able to independently plan their activities.
