What tasks await:
REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE IN VARIOUS LITHUANIAN CITIES
- organize and carry out public procurement in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement and other legal requirements governing public procurement;
- ensure that the procurement of goods, services or works takes place on time and with the rational use of the Company's funds;
- analyze public procurement documentation, ensure its legal compliance;
- participate in the activities of the public procurement commission;
- prepare and coordinate responses to submitted inquiries, letters, requests, claims in accordance with the established procedure;
- consult with colleagues of the Company on public procurement issues.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher education;
- has at least 1 year of work experience in the field of public procurement;
- has experience working with the CVP IS system;
- is honest, has analytical thinking, attention to detail and independence;
- is able to smoothly organize work, is inclined to cooperate and work in a team.
ADVANTAGES WOULD BE CONSIDERED:
- public procurement specialist certificate (issued by the Public Procurement Service of the Republic of Lithuania);
- work experience in a contracting organization or contracting entity;
- knowledge of English;
- work experience in conducting international (simplified) tenders and restricted tenders, creating a dynamic procurement system and carrying out specific procurements according to the DPS.
