We are looking for an experienced and responsible public procurement specialist who would not only flawlessly manage public procurement, but also actively contribute to the implementation of the city's most important projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Organization and implementation of public procurement from preparation of procurement documents to signing of the contract.
- Participation in the activities of the public procurement commission.
- Preparation and systematization of documentation related to public procurement.
- Analysis and evaluation of public procurement documents submitted by suppliers.
- Development of a public procurement strategy.
- Proactive resolution of issues related to the implementation of public procurement.
- Analysis of legal acts regulating public procurement, market analysis and assessment of trends.
- Consulting company employees on public procurement issues.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher university education.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of public procurement.
- Excellent knowledge of the legal framework of public procurement.
- Analytical thinking, ability to quickly find solutions.
- Fluent in written and oral Lithuanian, English B1 level.
- Experience working with the CVP IS system (Ecocost knowledge is an advantage).
- Independence, initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
