About the position
We are looking for a Public Procurement Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. New public procurements are announced every month, and your main task will be to assess their requirements and prepare accurate and high-quality proposals for participation in public procurements.
You will work closely with the head of the department when preparing price proposals, and you will be independently responsible for the preparation and submission of technical specifications, necessary documents and other materials related to public procurements within the established deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare all necessary documentation for participation in public procurement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement deadlines, requirements and the procedure for submitting proposals.
- Present the company's solutions to potential business partners.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term cooperative relationships with public procurement customers.
- Actively seek and evaluate new opportunities in the market.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in business management, economics or a similar field would be an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with public procurement.
- Good knowledge of public procurement legislation and procedures.
- Ability to independently organize one's work and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Responsible and structured approach to work.
