About the position
We are looking for a Public Procurement Specialist to join our sales team in Lithuania. New public procurements are announced every month, so your main responsibility will be to review and evaluate tender requirements and prepare accurate and high-quality proposals for participation in public procurement procedures.
When preparing commercial proposals, you will cooperate with the head of the department, but you will be independently responsible for the preparation and submission of technical specifications and all necessary public procurement documentation within the established deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and become a reliable contact person.

Responsibilities
- Identify relevant public procurement opportunities and assess their suitability for Culligan products and services.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for participation in public procurement procedures from the supplier side.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements, deadlines and bidding procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with public sector customers throughout the procurement process.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with public sector customers and public procurement partners.
- Introduce Culligan water solutions and services to potential customers.
- Actively monitor the market and identify new sales opportunities in the public sector.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in business management, economics or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with public tenders.
- Good knowledge of public procurement legislation, procedures and tender requirements.
- Self-confidence in presenting solutions, communicating with customers and contributing to the sales process.
- Ability to independently organize one's work, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Practical work experience with CVP IS and CPO systems.
