We expect from you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of public procurement.
- Have a good knowledge of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania and related legal acts.
- Able to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Have experience in creating or improving processes and work procedures.
- Able to clearly and understandably convey information, train and consult colleagues on issues related to public procurement.
- You are focused on finding solutions, not just identifying problems.
- Have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with EcoCost, DBSIS systems is a great advantage.
Apply if you are interested:
- Organize and execute public procurement in accordance with applicable laws.
- Prepare procurement documents, contracts and other related documentation.
- Consult the organization's employees on public procurement issues and help them choose the most appropriate solutions.
- Develop, describe and implement public procurement processes, procedures and internal rules.
- Ensure the application of good public procurement practices in the organization.
- Organize training and presentations for colleagues, explaining procurement requirements, processes and good practices.
- Identify risks, propose process improvement solutions and ensure their implementation.
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and supervisory authorities.
- Monitor changes in legal acts and ensure their application in the organization's activities.
