Nature of work:
- Prepare draft public procurement contracts of the University;
- Ensure the resolution of legal problems related to the implementation and/or termination of public procurement contracts concluded by the University;
- Examine claims and prepare reasoned responses to their applicants;
- Perform other functions related to the application of public procurement law.
Requirements:
- Have a higher university education in the field of law;
- At least 2 years of legal work experience in the field of public procurement;
- Excellent oral and written command of the state language;
- Proficiency in English;
- Be able to analyze and summarize information, fluently presenting thoughts in writing and orally;
- Have good analytical, organizational and teamwork skills;
- Be able to effectively plan and organize one's activities;
- Be able to prepare documents in accordance with the Rules for Preparing Documents approved by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the rules for preparing documents;
- Work on a computer in a Windows operating system environment, including working with Microsoft Office office suite programs (Word, etc.) and using Internet browsers as well as e-mail programs;
- Be responsible, diligent, open to innovations and changes, and have excellent communication skills.

The final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate, taking into account his/her competencies and experience.
