Nature of work
- Organization and implementation of public procurement (international, simplified, low-value) in accordance with the legal acts regulating public procurement.
- Preparation of public procurement documents (tender conditions, etc.), coordination, publication and systematization in accordance with the requirements of legal acts.
- Work with the Central Public Procurement Information System (CVP IS) and the Central Purchasing Organization (CPO) information system catalog.
- Preparation of responses to suppliers' questions, requests, claims, complaints, statements, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
- Preparation of the institution's public procurement plans, accounting for procurement values.
- Participation in the activities of the procurement commission, supervision of decision-making, preparation of documentation.
- Providing assistance to the institution's employees in preparing public procurement initiation documents.
- Consultation of the institution's employees on public procurement issues.
- Ensuring compliance with public procurement deadlines and procedures.
Employee requirements
- Higher university degree or equivalent.
- Valid procurement specialist certificate issued by the Public Procurement Service.
- Work experience in the field of public procurement, organizing and implementing international and simplified procurements of the contracting authority.
- Be able to use the Central Public Procurement Information System (CVP IS) and the Central Purchasing Organization (CPO) Information System Catalogue.
- Have good knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating public procurement.
- Be able to analyze, systematize, summarize information and draw conclusions, make decisions within their competence.
- Be able to independently plan, organize their work activities, foresee problems and possible ways to solve them, be result-oriented.
- Have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluently express thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian, an advantage - knowledge of English.
