Nature of work
- Participation in the activities of procurement commissions, management of procurement documentation;
- Minutes of meetings of the procurement commission in which he participates - recording of deliberations and decisions;
- Work with the CVP information system;
- Submission of reports on completed procurements to the Public Procurement Service in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Preparation of the Company's regulatory documents (orders, regulations, regulations, procedures, etc.);
- Performance of the functions of the procurement organizer as needed;
- Analysis and summary of procurement practice, preparation of initiatives and reports to improve the department's activities.
We hope that the future colleague
- Has a university degree, higher education or equivalent;
- Has significant practical work experience in the field of public procurement;
- Has a good knowledge of the Law on Public Procurement, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the implementation of procurement and is familiar with the Law on Procurement of the Utility Sector;
- Has a valid Public Procurement Specialist Certificate or intends to maintain it in the near future (required);
- Is analytical, able to systematize information and boldly present their insights;
- Is results-oriented, independent, cooperative;
- Is able to professionally maintain confidentiality and impartiality when working with procurement documents.
