We invite a HEAD OF PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT to join the LRT Communication and Marketing Department team. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Formation and implementation of the LRT public relations strategy.
- Organization of the activities of the public relations department, team development and mobilization to achieve common goals.
- Strengthening the reputation of LRT and ensuring consistent communication.
- Informing the public about LRT's activities, mission and created content.
- Communication of LRT's accountability to the public, including coordination of the preparation of the annual activity report.
- Cooperation with the media and coordination of responses to media inquiries.
- Prevention and management of communication crises.
- Search for effective and innovative communication solutions and their implementation.
- Coordination of public inquiry management.
We hope you will have:
- You have a higher university education (an advantage in communication, public relations, journalism or related fields).
- You have at least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of communication or public relations (supervised work experience would be an advantage).
- You have accumulated experience in shaping the reputation of an organization, managing communication projects and cooperating with the media.
- You are familiar with the principles of strategic communication planning, public relations management and activity planning.
- You are able to create clear, reasoned and persuasive communication messages for various audiences.
- You communicate well both orally and in writing, have public speaking, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- You are proactive, result-oriented, able to propose and implement new communication solutions, effectively manage complex situations and mobilize people to achieve common goals.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and good at English.

Salary for this position: from €3,570/month to €4,200/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
