Nature of work:
Strengthening the Klaipėda region team, we are currently looking for an experienced local transport manager who understands the processes of organizing cargo delivery and has practical experience in managing logistics operations.
Become a part of the Raben Lietuva team with long-standing traditions and international experience and contribute to the organization of daily cargo movement in the Klaipėda region.
We will entrust you with:

We will entrust you with:
- Organization of cargo delivery routes in the Klaipėda region;
- Daily communication with drivers (in Lithuanian) and quality control of deliveries/collections;
- Resolving problem situations;
- Communication with carriers;
- Coordination of cargo collection and delivery processes in communication with customers and colleagues;
- Data analysis, reporting and monitoring of performance indicators.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of practical experience in organizing cargo deliveries, planning routes or coordinating transport processes;
- You are able to quickly respond to changing situations;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, have basic English;
- You are able to work in a team, you are responsible;
- You have practical computer skills and use Ms Office programs;
- You are ready to work in shifts (Mon-Fri): 05:00-14:00 and 9:00-18:00, with shifts changing weekly.
