Nature of work:
Strengthening our Vilnius region team, we are currently looking for an experienced local transport manager who understands the processes of organizing cargo delivery and has practical experience in managing logistics operations.
We will entrust you with:
We will entrust you with:
- Organizing cargo delivery routes in the Vilnius region;
- Daily communication with drivers (in Lithuanian) and quality control of deliveries/collections;
- Resolving problem situations;
- Communication with carriers;
- Coordinating cargo collection and delivery processes in communication with customers and colleagues;
- Data analysis, reporting and monitoring of performance indicators.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of practical experience in organizing cargo deliveries, planning routes or coordinating transport processes;
- You are able to quickly respond to changing situations;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, have basic English;
- You are able to work in a team, you are responsible;
- You have practical computer skills and use Ms Office programs;
- You are ready to work in shifts (Mon-Fri): 05:00-14:00 and 9:00-18:00, with shifts changing weekly.
