Towing Technologist - Process Engineer for work in the USA

What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • implement, maintain and improve lamination and towing technological processes;
  • analyze product documentation, drawings and technological requirements;
  • organize testing of new materials, films and adhesive systems and assess their suitability for production;
  • monitor, analyze and optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency, quality and stability;
  • analyze the causes of defects, solve technological problems and initiate process improvement actions;
  • cooperate with production, quality and maintenance teams in implementing best practices and ensuring smooth operation of processes.

We believe that you:

  • you have acquired education in furniture technology or a similar field;
  • you know the principles of operation of laminating and drawing equipment, technological processes and their management and have accumulated successful work experience in this field;
  • you have worked with film and paper materials, their preparation for production, conversions and management of technological parameters;
  • you know surface quality standards and are able to identify and analyze the causes of defects;
  • you have experience with hot melt adhesive use processes;
  • you are able to analyze, optimize and stabilize production processes;
  • you have experience in installing new equipment, participating in the stages of commissioning and increasing production volumes;
  • you are able to closely cooperate with operators, maintenance and engineering teams;
  • you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • you are interested in innovations and strive for improvement;
  • you are characterized by a businesslike attitude, creativity and drive.
