Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the activities and work of the two Vilnius departments – Lentvario g. 13A and Žarijų g. 2 – and the work of the employees.
- Plan resources, logistics and movement of equipment between the departments, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Ensure the quality of waste and secondary raw materials management services and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Analyze the performance indicators of both departments, evaluate the results and submit reports to the management.
- Promptly resolve operational issues, initiate measures to optimize processes, increase efficiency and improve performance.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and actively participate in the search for new clients and business development.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, internal procedures and other established requirements in both departments.
- Manage the selection of employees, their induction into work, integration and coordination of daily activities.
Employee requirements
- Experience in management (in production, logistics, transport, processing or similar fields - an advantage).
- Understanding of waste, processing or raw material management processes - a great advantage.
- Ability to plan, organize and control the work of employees and the movement of equipment.
- Analytical thinking, ability to analyze performance results and prepare reports.
- Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Independence, responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, document preparation, basic data summaries).
- Driver's license (category B).
- Oral and written knowledge of foreign languages.
